The hotel was lovely and quiet as requested, with roomy accommodations and an easy-to-negotiate bathroom. However, it was a bit too warm without air conditioning or a fan in the room.

The staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful, providing great service both at reception and in the coach house. They regularly cleaned down door handles and other surfaces.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms are great with wonderful local sourced food served in the restaurants. If you want to add to your stay, book into the spa or go to the gym. The room I had was spacious and overlooked the Golf Course, although the furniture was slightly dated with some chipped pieces and probably not refreshed for several years.

The location is nice too, although quite far out of Derry, it's in quiet surroundings within easy distance of all the Causeway coast attractions. A very comfortable setting in a 4-star establishment.

Dining here covers everything you could possibly want. Although I was disappointed with some meals, the made-to-order sandwiches were a highlight.

The hotel is situated near Castle Rock and Benone beaches in Limavady, a small town with numerous good restaurants and pubs to explore. The spacious non-smoking room, 101, located conveniently near the fire doors leading to the corridor entrance, offered comfort and convenience. The hotel lacked a bit of atmosphere but provided a nice and relaxing environment with added amenities like a jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room.

My room, 101, was very spacious and pleasant despite being a non-smoking room. It was conveniently located next to the fire doors near the corridor entrance.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Special recognition to Jessica, who with Down Syndrome, went above and beyond to assist guests. The behind-the-scenes service, including room service, dry cleaning, and a welcome drink, was really good.

The hotel's location was nice and relaxing, although it lacked a bit of atmosphere. The presence of wedding guests and families made the place lively but sometimes crowded. The hotel is conveniently close to the Coach House Brasserie restaurant, where I had an amazing dining experience.
